01/The problem

Your hose does not fit. Here is the fix.

What is a dust collection adapter?

A dust collection adapter is a short fitting with two different ends. One end matches your tool's dust port. The other end matches your shop vac hose or dust extractor hose. It bridges the size gap so the two lock together.

Why sizes never match

Tool brands use different port sizes. Vacuum brands use different hose sizes too. That is why a hose almost never fits a tool straight out of the box. Most people reach for duct tape. Tape leaks, sags, and falls off mid-cut.

A printed adapter fixes it. We size each vacuum hose adapter to your tool port and your hose, so it pushes on snug and stays put. The connection holds, and the vac pulls dust away at full power.

02/How it works

How to connect a power tool to a shop vac

01

Pick your tool

Choose your brand and model from the list. We match the dust port on our end, so you skip the measuring.

02

Pick your vac

Choose your shop vac, dust extractor, or duct size. We size both ends, so the adapter grips the tool and the hose.

03

We print and ship

Your PETG adapter is printed to order and shipped from the US, so it lands ready to push on and get back to work.

03/By tool

Pick the tool you are hooking up.

Saws, sanders, routers, planers, jointers, bandsaws, drill presses, CNC machines, and the vac or dust collector at the end of the run. Pick your tool type and we size the adapter to match.

Dust port adapters by tool type

Saws throw chips. Sanders throw fine dust. Each type gets its own adapter shapes, so pick yours to see what we build for it.

Do not see your tool? We build adapters for hundreds of models.

Find the adapter that fits your tool

Skip the size chart. Pick your tool and your vac from a list, so the right adapter shows up at your door.

04/By brand

Pick the brand it came from.

Each brand has its own port standard. Pick yours to see every adapter for it, so you buy the right size the first time.

Shop vac adapters for every major tool brand

Not sure which adapter is yours?

Pick your tool and your vac and we show you the one part that joins them. Or start at the vac end if that is the side you know.

05/Made to fit

Made to your two sizes.

You pick the tool end and the vac end. We print the one part between them in PETG, so the tape roll stays in the drawer.

Made to fit your setup

You pick your tool and your vac. We size both ends to match. So you skip the tape and the trial and error.

Made for your exact tool

We cut the geometry for that model, not for a size class. So it seats square instead of wobbling in the port.

Push on and get to work

The adapter grips by friction. No clamps, no tools. So you hook up in seconds.

Made in the USA in tough PETG

We print each part in PETG, a tough plastic that resists cracking. So it stands up to daily shop use.

Why PETG beats PLA for a vacuum hose adapter

Every adapter we print is PETG. It takes the heat, shrugs off shop chemicals, and keeps its shape, so the fit stays snug for years.

Heat resistant to 80°C
PLA softens in a hot truck. PETG does not, so the fit stays snug all summer.
Tough, not brittle
PETG flexes instead of cracking, so a drop on concrete will not end it.
Solvent and chemical resistant
Shop cleaners attack PLA. PETG holds up, so the part outlasts the hose.
Holds its shape
Each adapter is printed to match the port, so the connection holds and stays snug.

07/Questions

Dust collection adapter questions

Quick answers on hose sizes, fit, and shipping. Still not sure what you need? Start the configurator and pick from a list, so you never have to guess a size.

What is a dust collection adapter?

It is a short fitting with two different ends. One end is sized to your tool's dust port. The other end is sized to your shop vac hose. It closes the gap between them, so more dust goes into the vac and less into the air.

What size is a shop vac hose?

Most shop vac hoses are 1-1/4 in., 1-7/8 in., or 2-1/2 in. Dust extractors often use 36 mm hoses. Skip the tape measure: our configurator lists common vacs, so you pick yours from a list and we size the part to it.

How do I connect my tool to a shop vac?

Use an adapter sized to both ends. Pick your tool and your vac in our configurator. We print a PETG adapter that matches both sizes. Push one end onto the tool port and the other onto the hose. No tape and no clamps.

Do I need a dust port adapter for my tool?

Try the fit first. Push your vac hose onto the tool's dust port. If it slips off, wobbles, or leaks dust, you need an adapter. A snug adapter holds the connection, so the vac can pull dust away at full power.

What material is best for a vacuum hose adapter?

PETG. Heat that softens PLA does not bother it, so it keeps its shape in a hot truck or shop. It flexes instead of cracking, so it survives drops and daily use. Every adapter we print is PETG.

How do adapters ship?

Each adapter is printed to order, then shipped from the US. Ships in 3 to 5 business days. You get a tracking email when it goes out.
