Returns and Refunds

You never ship a part back

We do not take product returns at any address, and we do not send return labels. If something is wrong with your order, you email us a photo and we fix it with a reprint or a refund. The part you already have is yours. Keep it, hand it to a friend, or drop it in your plastics recycling.

Every part is printed to order, so a part that comes back cannot go to anyone else. Shipping it back costs more than the part is worth and helps nobody. So we skip that step.

Damaged, defective, or the wrong part

Email us within 30 days of your order with your order number and a photo. You pick what happens next: we print it again and send it, or we refund you. Keep or recycle the part you have. When the mistake is ours, the refund includes the $7.95 you paid for shipping.

A sizing error on our end counts here too. If we published the wrong size for your tool, that is our mistake, and you get the same choice of a reprint or a refund.

Changed your mind

Ask for a refund within 30 days of your order and keep the item. You do not need a reason. A change of mind refunds the price of the item, not the $7.95 shipping, because the package already went out.

The same rule covers a size you picked yourself that turned out wrong. Ask us and we sort it out.

How to start a claim

Use the form below, or email info@gulpdust.com, within 30 days of your order. Either way, include:

• Your order number.
• What went wrong, in a sentence.
• A photo of the part, if it is damaged or the wrong item.
• Whether you want a reprint or a refund.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank sets how long it takes to show up, so we cannot promise a date.

GulpDust is a brand of 3D Prints Fast, a registered alternate name of Stratford Wood Works LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.
