Dust Collection Reducers and Expanders, Every Standard Size
Join any duct size to any other so the air keeps moving and your dust ends up in the bin, not your lungs. Each PETG reducer is printed to the exact pipe diameter, so it grips without clamps or tape. The same part reduces or expands. Just flip it around. Made in the USA.

What Is a Dust Collection Reducer?
A dust collection reducer is a fitting that joins one duct size to a smaller or larger one. Most shop runs mix pipe sizes. Your dust collector might use 4 inch pipe while your tool port is 2.5 inch. A reducer steps the air from one size to the other so the two ends line up and the suction stays strong.
The taper inside each reducer keeps the air moving in a smooth path. That cuts turbulence and pressure loss, so more dust gets pulled into the bin and less of it floats back into your shop air. Cleaner air means you breathe easier and clean up less at the end of the day.
Why a PETG Reducer Holds Up in the Shop
Exact Fit
Printed to standard pipe diameters down to the millimeter. The end grips on its own, so you skip the tape and the wobble, and your suction does not leak out at the joint.
Shrugs Off Solvents
PETG handles shop solvents and does not crack like PLA in a cold shop. The part keeps its shape, so the fit you get today is the fit you get next winter.
One Part, Two Jobs
81 size combinations from 1 inch to 6 inch. The same part reduces or expands, so you buy one piece and cover both directions of the run.

Dust Collection Reducer FAQ
What is a dust collection reducer?+
A dust collection reducer is a fitting that joins one duct size to a smaller or larger one. It steps the air from a big pipe down to a small one, or the other way, so your hose and tool ports line up and the air keeps moving.
Can one reducer work as both a reducer and an expander?+
Yes. The same part reduces or expands. Just flip it around. The large end goes on the big pipe and the small end goes on the small pipe, so you only need to buy one part for the job.
What size dust collection reducer do I need?+
Pick the reducer that matches the two duct sizes you want to join. Measure both ends of your run, then choose the part with those two sizes, like 4 inch to 2.5 inch. Use the size picker above to find the exact match.
Will a 4 inch to 2.5 inch reducer fit my shop vac hose?+
It fits standard 4 inch and 2.5 inch dust collection duct. Shop vac hose sizes vary by brand, so measure your hose first. If your hose is a different size, a hose adapter may be the better part.
Do these reducers need clamps or tape?+
No. Each end is a friction fit that holds without clamps or tape. The part is printed to the exact pipe diameter, so it grips on its own and you can pull it apart when you want to change your setup.
What are GulpDust reducers made from?+
GulpDust reducers are printed in PETG. PETG shrugs off shop solvents, does not crack like PLA, and holds up to temperature swings in an unheated shop. Made in the USA.
