Dust collection ductwork

Ductwork is the pipe and hose that carries dust from your tools to your collector. Three things decide how well it works. What you make it from, how the turns and branches are shaped, and whether the joints leak.

Most shops get the machine right and lose half of it in the run. Air slows down at every sharp corner, and every open joint bleeds suction off the whole system, not just the branch it sits on. So the layout matters as much as the collector does.

We do not sell pipe. We print the parts that join it: the reducers, the fittings, the hose adapters, and the tool adapters at the far end. The guides below are the planning side, and the parts below that are the joining side.

Plan the run

Six guides on what to build a duct run out of and how to shape it.

Join the run

Pipe comes in a handful of trade sizes and your tools do not. These are the parts that bridge the gap. Each one is printed to order in PETG, made in the USA.

Want duct from us too?

We are looking at carrying rigid duct and flex hose so the whole run comes from one place. It is not here yet. Tell us what your shop needs and we will email you if it lands.
