1. Overview

GulpDust (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates gulpdust.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

2. Products

We sell two types of products: 3D-printed physical adapters and digital STL files. Physical products are printed to order and shipped from the US. Digital files are delivered by download link after payment is confirmed.

All adapters are designed to connect dust collection ports to vacuum hoses or duct systems. They are friction-fit parts. Results vary based on the exact dimensions of your specific tool and hose. If something is wrong with your part, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

3. Refunds and Returns

Physical parts are printed to order for your specific tool. If a part arrives damaged or has a print defect, we will reprint and replace it at no charge. Contact support@gulpdust.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo.

Because every part is custom made to order, we do not take returns for a change of mind. If a part does not fit and the cause is a sizing error on our end, contact us and we will reprint it to the right size. Measure your tool port before you order so we get it right the first time.

Digital STL files are non-refundable once downloaded. If there is a problem with the file, we will provide a corrected version at no charge.

4. Shipping

Physical orders ship within 2 to 3 business days from our US facility. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package is handed off.

We ship within the US only at this time. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.

5. Digital Downloads (STL Files)

When you purchase an STL file, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to print the file for your own use. You may not resell the file or prints made from the file without written permission from us.

You may print the file as many times as you need for personal use. You may not share the file with others.

6. Compatibility Disclaimer

GulpDust is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any tool manufacturer including Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Festool, Bosch, Ryobi, Ridgid, Porter-Cable, Craftsman, or Metabo HPT. Tool brand names are used for compatibility reference only.

Tool port dimensions may vary between production runs, years, and regional markets. We work hard to keep our measurements accurate, and we tell you on the product page when a size is verified or when you should measure to confirm. If we made a sizing error, contact us and we will reprint the part to the right size. See section 3 for how damaged or defective parts are handled.

7. Safety

Our adapters are intended for connecting dust collection equipment. They are not rated for use with food, chemicals, or substances other than wood dust and similar workshop particulates.

Always wear appropriate respiratory protection when working with wood dust, MDF, drywall, or other materials that produce fine particles. Dust collection reduces but does not eliminate all airborne particles.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain claims; this limitation applies to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects when we last made changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
