Full port and fit detail for this tool
The Kreg ACS-SAW is the plunge track saw in the Kreg Adaptive Cutting System. It rides a guide track and cuts straight, clean lines in plywood and other sheet goods. Track saws throw a stream of fine dust right at the cut line, so a tight dust hookup matters.
The saw has a round dust port at the rear. Our adapter fits it. Our PETG adapter plugs into that port and steps it to any standard shop vac or dust extractor hose. No tape. No clamps.

Kreg ACS-SAW Dust Port: What Fits It
The ACS-SAW has a round dust port at the back of the saw. Our adapter is printed to fit it.
It is a small port, the same class other track saws use. Most shop vac hoses are 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch, so they cannot grip a port that size on their own. That size gap is why taped joints leak dust.
A GulpDust adapter closes the gap. It grips the saw port on one end and your bigger vac hose on the other end.
How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Kreg ACS Track Saw
Clear any dust out of the rear port first. A clean port gives the best grip.
Push the tool end of the PETG adapter into the port. It is a friction fit, so it holds with a firm press. Then press your shop vac or dust extractor hose onto the other end.
Turn the vac on before you plunge. Pulling dust while you cut keeps the track and your line clear from the first inch.
Why the Kreg ACS Needs Good Dust Collection
A track saw cuts a narrow kerf and blows fine dust out of the guard. Without a hose, that dust settles on the track, the workpiece, and your line.
Dust under the track can let it shift, and dust on the line hides your mark. Pulling dust at the port keeps the cut true and the air clean.
Run a steady vac while you cut. Any shop vac with the right adapter does the main job.
Kreg ACS-SAW Dust Collection FAQ
What size is the dust port on the Kreg ACS-SAW?+
It is a small round port at the rear of the saw. Our adapter is built to plug into it. You pick the hose end you need.
Does the Kreg ACS-SAW work with a regular shop vac?+
Yes, with an adapter. Most shop vac hoses are 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch, which is much bigger than this port. The GulpDust PETG adapter is sized to the saw port on one end and to your vac hose on the other.
Will a dust extractor hose fit the ACS-SAW port?+
It may. Extractor hoses run in the same small size class this saw uses. Hose ends vary by brand, so our adapter is the surer path.
Do I need clamps to attach the adapter?+
No. The adapter is a friction fit. You press it into the port and it holds. The vac hose end works the same way.
Do you sell the design file?+
No. We sell the finished part. Each one is printed to order in PETG and ships from the US.
