Milwaukee 2737-20 Jig Saw Dust Port Size and Vacuum Adapter Guide
The Milwaukee 2737-20 is the Milwaukee M18 FUEL Barrel Grip Jig Saw. A jig saw throws fine dust right onto the cut line as the blade pumps up and down.
The saw uses a proprietary dust shroud, not a plain round port. There is no confirmed size for it yet, so measure your own shroud with calipers before you buy. A GulpDust PETG adapter is sized to the shroud on one end and your shop vac hose on the other end. No tape. No clamps.

Milwaukee 2737-20 Dust Port: A Proprietary Shroud, Measure It
The 2737-20 does not have a plain round port. It uses a proprietary dust shroud built into the saw. There is no confirmed size for it yet, so do not trust a guessed number. Measure your own shroud and order to that.
Dust pickup matters on a jig saw because the dust lands right on your line. When the line is covered, you cannot follow the curve and the cut drifts. A vac at the shroud pulls that dust away so the line stays clear.
A GulpDust adapter is printed to match your shroud on one end and your vac hose on the other end. Measure first so the adapter seats clean and holds.
How to Measure Your Milwaukee 2737-20 Dust Port
Close caliper jaws around the OUTSIDE of the port stub. That gives you the outer diameter in millimeters. Round to the nearest standard size if your number falls between two.
Next, slide the inside jaws into the port and open them out until they touch the inner wall. That gives you the inner diameter. The inner is what the adapter slides into; the outer tells you how snug the fit will be.
How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Milwaukee 2737-20
First, clear any dust out of the port. A clean port gives the best seal.
Press the small end of the PETG adapter into the port. It is a friction fit, so it holds with a firm push. Then press your shop vac hose onto the other end of the adapter. Turn the vac on before you start the cut.
Milwaukee 2737-20 Dust Collection FAQ
What size is the dust port on the Milwaukee 2737-20?+
The saw uses a proprietary dust shroud, not a clean round port. There is no confirmed size for it yet, so we will not guess one here. Measure your own shroud with calipers before you buy an adapter.
Does the Milwaukee 2737-20 work with a regular shop vac?+
Yes, with the right adapter. A standard shop vac hose does not seal on the saw shroud on its own. The GulpDust PETG adapter fits the shroud on one end and your vac hose on the other, once you measure it.
Do I need clamps or tape to attach the adapter?+
No. The adapter is a friction fit. You push it onto the port and it holds. The same goes for the vac hose end.
Can I print this adapter myself?+
Yes. You can buy the printed PETG part shipped from the US, or download the STL file and print it at home. We suggest PETG with 3 walls and 25 percent infill.
