Full port and fit detail for this tool
The Ryobi PTS01 is an 18V ONE+ HP track saw with a 6-1/2 inch blade. It rides a track for long, straight cuts in plywood and sheet goods. Those cuts pour fine dust right along your line.
The dust port is round and sits at the rear. A GulpDust PETG adapter fits that port on one end and your shop vac hose on the other end. No tape. No clamps.

Ryobi PTS01 Dust Port: What Fits It
The PTS01 has a round dust port at the rear of the saw. Ryobi runs one shared port design across a lot of its cordless line.
Our PETG adapter is built to fit that port. It presses on and holds by friction, so it stays seated while the saw runs down the track.
The other end takes your shop vac hose. Pick your hose end, 1-1/4 in or 2-1/2 in, and that is the end you get.
Why a Track Saw Needs the Vac at the Port
A track saw cuts long. The blade guard funnels chips out the back for the whole length of the sheet.
With the vac hooked up, that dust leaves through the hose instead of piling on the rail. A clean rail means the saw glides and the cut stays straight.
You also keep your line in sight, which matters most on the cuts you cannot redo.
How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Ryobi PTS01 Track Saw
Wipe the rear port clean first. Packed dust keeps the adapter from seating all the way.
Press the tool end of the PETG adapter onto the port. It is a friction fit, so a firm push locks it in. Then press your shop vac hose onto the other end.
Run the vac for the whole cut. A track saw is all about a clean, straight line, and a clear view of that line makes the cut better. Your lungs get a break too.
Ryobi PTS01 Dust Collection FAQ
What fits the dust port on the Ryobi PTS01?+
Our PETG adapter does. One end presses onto the saw port. The other end takes your shop vac hose.
Will a shop vac hose fit the Ryobi PTS01 without an adapter?+
Some hose ends will seat on their own. A loose hose wobbles and leaks dust down the whole cut. Our adapter locks both ends together.
Does the adapter get in the way of the track?+
No. The port faces back and away from the rail, so the adapter and hose ride clear of the cut.
Can GulpDust make an adapter for this saw?+
Yes. Pick the PTS01 in the configurator and choose your hose size. It is printed to order in PETG.
Do you sell the design file?+
No. We sell the finished part. Each one is printed to order in PETG and ships from the US.
