Full port and fit detail for this tool

The Central Machinery 69033 is a benchtop combo sander sold at Harbor Freight. It pairs a 1 inch by 30 inch belt with a 5 inch disc. Small sanders like this make very fine dust, and they often run right at face level on the bench.

The tool has two round dust ports at the rear. A GulpDust PETG adapter fits a port on one end and your shop vac hose on the other end. No tape. No clamps.

Central Machinery 69033 Dust Port: What Fits It

The 69033 has two round dust outlets at the rear, one for the belt and one for the disc. Our adapter is made to fit them.

These ports sit in an odd spot for hoses. Standard shop vac hose ends are 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch, and both are too big to seal on their own.

A GulpDust adapter steps the port to your hose size with a snug friction fit.

How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Central Machinery 69033

Clean dust off the port, then press the tool end of the PETG adapter in. The friction fit holds with a firm push. Press your shop vac hose onto the other end.

With two ports on the tool, you can run a wye fitting and pull from both at once, or just move the hose to the port nearest your work.

Turn the vac on before you start sanding. Fine dust only goes in the hose while the vac is running.

Why Small Belt and Disc Sanders Need Dust Collection

A small combo sander makes the same fine dust as a big one. The belt and the disc both throw dust that floats in the air instead of falling to the floor.

These sanders sit on a bench, close to your face. Pulling dust at the port keeps more of it out of the air you breathe and off your work.

Clean airflow also keeps grit from building up on the belt and disc, so your paper cuts better and lasts longer.

Central Machinery 69033 Dust Collection FAQ

Will a GulpDust adapter fit the Central Machinery 69033?+

Yes. The sander has round dust outlets at the rear and our adapter is printed to fit them. The other end matches your shop vac hose.

Does the Central Machinery 69033 have more than one dust port?+

Yes, the tool has two dust ports, one for the belt and one for the disc. You can hook up either one, or run a wye and pull from both.

Does the Central Machinery 69033 work with a regular shop vac?+

Yes, with an adapter. Common shop vac hose ends are 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch, and both are too big for these ports. The GulpDust PETG adapter bridges the gap.

Do I need clamps or tape to attach the adapter?+

No. The adapter is a friction fit. Press it into the port and it holds. The vac hose end works the same way.

Do you sell the design file?+

No. We sell the finished part. Each one is printed to order in PETG and ships from the US.
