The dust port on the DCS334B is a proprietary shape, not a clean round port. A matching adapter made for this saw measures about 38 mm on the vac side. The tool-side port itself has no confirmed size yet, so treat that 38 mm as the vac end, not the saw port.
Most shop vac hoses are 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch. They do not fit this small proprietary port on their own. That gap is why dust blows past the hose and onto your cut line.
